Separation of Chiral Compunds by High-Throughput Supercritical Fluid Chromatography (HT-SFC) |

The JASCO HT-SFC system achieves high-throughput chromatographic analysis employing the AS-2059-SF Autosampler and automated column selection switching valve. It allows faster method development of multiple samples compared with normal HPLC or SFC. By using the CD-2095 Circular Dichroism detector and a chiral separation column, chiral compounds can be analyzed in a short period of time. Supercritical mobile phase offers a low pressure drop across the column so that a high flow rate can be applied, enabling shorter analysis time without sacrificing resolution.
