 DT-810 Dissolution Tester Systems (Peristaltic Pump System)
With a rapid pump speed, this system can collect or measure the absorbance of a testing solution in as little as 2 minutes.
Flow System
This system calculates dissolution rates by measuring absorbance with a UV-VIS spectrophotometer on up to eight lines using an 8-position flow cell. The testing solution is circulated between the vessel and the 8-position flow cell using the Liquid Handling Unit (Peristaltic Pump). This system makes possible the external introduction of standard solutions or solvent for washing.
Fraction System
This system collects testing solution from vessels. It can introduce testing solution for replenishment purposes from a specific vessel and introduce solvent for washing from an external source.
Fraction Flow System
This system collects the testing solution and, using the auto-sampler function of the fraction collector, it measures a portion of the collected testing solution with a UV-VIS spectrophotometer. Multiple evaluations/measurements can be performed using the remaining solution that was collected, even after the UV-VIS spectrophotometer measurement is performed. Testing solution for replenishment purpose can be introduced from a specific vessel, and solvent for washing can be introduced from an external source.
